12.雪鸡枯奶氂
夏天河水高涨时，雪鸡在河边觅食，突然有隻黄鼠狼窜出，咬住一隻雪鸡的脖子，雪鸡仓皇拖著黄鼠狼飞到彼岸，而后断气。
黄鼠狼说:「虽然杀了一隻像枯奶母氂牛般的大雪鸡，但永别了自己家乡的睡窝。」
似此，我们短暂的人生，完全花在今世的欲望上，就永别了解脱成佛的妙果位。
13.童鬼
若不制伏再三夺走幼儿命的童鬼，以后生的小孩命，也会被牠夺走。
似此，我们的解脱命再三被贪欲所断，若不调伏此魔，以后也会被其不断地毁灭修行。
善知识藏语又称格西，往昔指的是噶当派的善知识，现今是善知识的统称。到后来，获得格西学位变成是藏地的传统和风气。
所谓的格西（善知识），并非拿到某一学位，只要是自己具足善知识的功德，如此自然就成了善知识，自然就成了格西。
